Iredell Health System announced three new nursing directors today. Dr.
Wanda Fletcher, DHA, MSN, RN has been named the Director of Critical Care;
Stacey Coffey, BSN, RN, Emergency Department Director; and Claudette Green,
MBA, MHA, BSN, RN, Director of Telemetry.
Fletcher holds a Doctor of Healthcare Administration degree from the University
of Phoenix, Phoenix, AZ and a Master of Science in Nursing from Old Dominion
University in Norfolk, VA. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in
Nursing from King College in Bristol, TN. She has extensive experience
serving in leadership roles in Critical Care Services. Fletcher also serves
as an online adjunct professor with Colorado Technical University.
Coffey earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Lenoir-Rhyne
University in Hickory, NC. She is currently enrolled in the Master of
Science Nursing program at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC
and is expected to graduate in December. Coffey has had many years of
nursing leadership experience serving as director of emergency services.
In addition, she has been the director of nursing for Hospice and Palliative
Care of Catawba Valley in Newton, NC.
Green has been named Director of Telemetry. She earned a Master of Healthcare
Administration degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from
Pfeiffer University in Charlotte. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree
in Nursing from Winston Salem State University. Green has previously worked
as a clinical nurse manager as well as a supervisor at other local hospitals.
