New Vice President to Lead Iredell Physician Network

Iredell Health System is pleased to welcome Harold Brown, MBA, CMPE, as the new vice president of the Iredell Physician Network (IPN). In this role, Brown will work with IPN stakeholders to ensure the highest level of primary and specialty care at practices in Statesville, Mooresville and Troutman, and in Alexander, Davie and Catawba counties. Brown will also oversee operations during an exciting period of growth as IPN expands and offers new services in the community.

Brown has extensive experience in healthcare administration, serving most recently as CEO at Sterling Health Solutions in eastern Kentucky. He earned his MBA in Healthcare Administration from Rutgers University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. Brown is a Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) Certified Medical Practice Executive and holds a Six-Sigma-Healthcare certificate from Villanova University.

The Iredell Physician Network includes primary care, internal medicine, occupational medicine, oncology and hematology, cardiology, psychiatry, orthopaedic, and neurospine practices. Over the last year, IPN has added locations in Statesville and expanded its footprint in Mooresville, offering more convenient services for people in the Lake Norman community.

"The ultimate aim is to support our community's journey to optimal health, provide an excellent patient experience, and deliver high quality, affordable health services."

Brown has a record of community service, serving on the board of directors for organizations including the Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation, Montgomery County Rotary Club and the Kentucky Health Center Network. He and his wife Niki and their teenage daughter Myka live in Mooresville.
